Revolutionary Road,
by Richard YatesSince it appeared that Revolutionary Road was going to be chosen by a landslide, I picked it up on my way home from breakfast and got through most of the first two chapters before we arrived at home. So far, I'm really enjoying it (although I totally expected to).
I have to admit that at first I was disappointed because I really want to see the movie. And if I'm going to read the novel, I usually insist that I do it before I watch the movie. But who are we kidding? I have four kids...and not many babysitters are willing to take that on. I will be watching the movie via Netflix while sitting on my couch, not in the movie theatre. Plenty of time to get the book read first.

Too bad I didn't have the book before our hospital stay! I would probably be done already. Anyway, headed out to pick it up today and looking forward to a good read and even better discussion in March.

Is that the movie with Leo Decrapio? I want too see it, although I like you will most likely be catching it on Netflix.
